Abstract
Eine prospective Studie zur Häufigkeit der Schlafapnoe bei Akromegaliepatienten. 61 % der Pat. hatten eine Schlafapnoe, davon waren 68 % mit obstruktiver Schlafapnoe und 32 % mit zentraler Schlafapnoe. Korrelationen gab es lediglich beim BMI und einem vorbestehnden Hypertonus.
