Abstract

Die vorliegende kumulative Dissertation analysiert das touristische Krisenmanagement in Destinationen aus einer akteurszentrierten Perspektive und schließt damit eine bislang vernachlässigte Forschungslücke. Im Fokus steht die systematische Untersuchung der Rolle und des Einflusses touristischer Stakeholder entlang des gesamten Krisenlebenszyklus. Durch die konsequente Integration akteursspezifischer Perspektiven entwickelt die Arbeit theoretisch fundierte und zugleich praxisorientierte Ansätze zur Weiterentwicklung des touristischen Krisenmanagements und zur Stärkung kooperativer sowie transnationaler Strukturen im Tourismus.

Abstract

This cumulative dissertation analyses crisis management in tourism destinations from an actor-centred perspective, thereby closing a previously neglected research gap. The focus is on the systematic investigation of the role and influence of tourism stakeholders throughout the entire crisis life cycle. Through the consistent integration of actor-specific perspectives, the work develops theoretically sound and at the same time practice-oriented approaches for the further development of tourism crisis management and for strengthening cooperative and transnational structures in tourism.
