The LMU Munich University Library invites all LMU doctoral students to a virtual information event via Zoom on the subject of:

Publishing (electronic) theses

When:	Thursday, Januarz 16, 2025, from 9:30 am until about 11:00 am

This personal access link may not be shared with other persons or in social networks. Please register with your real name. Registrations without a clear name will be cancelled. To ensure that the training runs as smoothly as possible, please register in good time before the start of the event.

The presentation will show you what steps you need to take to publish your thesis to the University Library

in print or electronic form

Our main focus will be on how to publish an electronic version of your thesis:

• What requirements must my PDF file meet?
• How do I register on the theses server?
• How do I upload my thesis?
• How can I publish my thesis electronically at the same time as it is published in print?

There will be a further orientation course on the same topic during the summer term 2025. The date will be posted here in good time.
