Abstract
Für die In vitro Maturation von Katzenoozyten sind Östradiol oder eine erhöhte FSH-Konzentration nicht notwendig. Eine In vitro Fertilisation ist ohne Cumuluszellen möglich, auch die Maturation von denudierten Oozyten kann in einer Cumulus-Cokultur erreicht werden. Um die Entwicklungsfähigkeit vitrifizierter Katzenoozyten erhalten zu können, müssen weniger toxische Vitrifikationsmedien entwickelt werden.
