Abstract
Im Rahmen der Arbeit wurden die Strukturen der Queuosin-Modifikationen Galactosyl-Queuosin (GalQ), Mannosyl-Queuosin (ManQ) und Glutamyl-Queuosin (GluQ) untersucht und aufgeklärt. Hierzu wurden chemische Totalsynthesen dieser Derivate entwickelt und die synthetischen Standards über LC-MS-Koinjektion mit den natürlichen Verbindungen verglichen.
Abstract
In this work, the structures of the queuosin modifications galactosyl-queuosin (GalQ), mannosyl-queuosin (ManQ) and glutamyl-queuosin (GluQ) were investigated and elucidated. For this purpose, total chemical syntheses of these derivatives were developed and the synthetic standards were compared to the natural compounds via LC-MS co-injection.
