Abstract
Es wurden unterschiedliche Verfahren zur selektiven Pigmentmodifikation in der BChl-B800 Bindungstasche bei peripheren Lichtsammel-Komplexen verschiedener Purpurbakterien etabliert und optimiert, sowie die spektralen Eigenschaften und Pigment- und Proteinzusammensetzung dieser modifizierten Antennen untersucht und miteinander verglichen.
