Abstract
Basierend auf der Weiterführung einer Synthese ausgewählter theoretischer Ansätze erfolgt in der vorliegenden Arbeit die Darlegung einer formalen Verortung und theoretischen Grundlegung eines Verständnisses von Coaching als Grundform professioneller pädagogischer Beratung im Sinne eines genuin pädagogischen Bildungsgeschehens.
