Abstract
Die Überexpression des Adenin-Nukleotid-Translokators-.1 (ANT-1), einer Komponente des Pro-apoptotischen "permeability-transition-pore"-Komplexes (PTP) induziert programmierten Zelltod bei Überexpression. Der ANT-1-Interaktionspartner Cyclophilin D (CypD) wurde weiterhin als endogener Inhibitor des PTP-Komplexes charakterisiert, der in Tumoren überexprimiert ist.
